Mediation / Facilitation
Mediation at Momentum Changing Mindsets has the dedicated goal of facilitating shared commitment to a preferred way forward, where the parties are better equipped to have constructive conversations which prevent the difficulties they have encountered from recurring.
Damaged or broken relationships cause stress and conflict, affect health and wellbeing, destroy morale and productivity in the workplace, and significantly drain resources. Fear, anxiety, a lack of confidence or skill, and the desire to avoid confrontation, prevent people from approaching one another when they are in conflict.
The conversations held in mediation or a facilitated conversation can create the basis from which trust can begin to be restored, engagement can occur, optimism be ignited, and the ability to work together established. Mediation can be both transformative and a critical factor in managing functional work relationships.
